Lockheed Martin Donates to RMS Engineering Program

In late December 2012, Roosevelt Middle School’s engineering program received a cash donation from Lockheed Martin Incorporation.
Mr. Williams, one of Roosevelt’s pre-engineering teachers said, “The purpose of the donation is to purchase hands on projects, which will aid in the development of students thinking skills of how the world works in relationship to math and science.”
The pre-engineering program received $2,500 from the donation. This is the corporation’s fifth year donating money to the program.
