to bring my grade up now,now i hope i do good next year in language arts.
This school year was great in Ms.Sittig’s class is great. There are a lot of projects. We do cool stuff and very little homework. Never copy other peoples work then she will give an F unless she told you to. Any other accusation is not ok.
this school year was so cool we did a lot of cool stuff this year. it was so fun. I want you for next year. we did a lot of different things this year. this school year was so fun the incoming 6 grades will love you.

It was fun and I learned alot of of things about puncation, verbs, adverbs, conjuctions, and others… I wish everone could have her next year.
The school year was ok for me. There was a lot of bullies, other wise the school year was good. I met a lot of friends as well.

Thank you for all you have done for me. Even though I never liked Language Arts, this has always been my favorite class and my favorite teacher. I would also like to thank you for letting me write or draw on your board everyday when I’m bored(:

I liked this school year even though some people can be mean to me but you have been best teacher in the . Everytrhing you have done for me is amazing. I hope you can become an 8th greade teacher so i can have you again.I WILL MISS YOU SO MUCH <3.
I was not in this class for the entire year but I am glad that I did come here even though I am not doing well in class. I feel like I am doing a little better than before.
I thought this year of ELA with Ms.Sittig was a lot of fun!! I dont love doing projects but even with the projects this year was a blast. I think next year you should do everything like you did this year, and I loved the book The Clay Marble. I think you should read that book next year. I really loved being in your class. You are the best ELA teacher I ever had! You helped me to do the best I can. Thank you for being a great teacher.
I appreciate it when I forget to do homework and you give me time to finish it.
This year has been very exciting! I have definitely enjoyed all of the projects that we have recieved this year. I appreciate all of the time and hard work that Ms.Sittig has put into giving us a fun and enjoyable year;)

Everything was great this year and i loved my class…..welll…some of it and overall i liked everything about this class. Thanks for such a great year and a chance for me to crack my jokes.
Thanks Ms.sittig for believing in us, but without your help I could’nt have gotten this far. It’s thanks to you that my writting is better and my grammer and so many other things. I’m having second thoughts about going to seventh grade because then I would’nt be in your class anymore, and I hope your new set of six graders dont give you a hard time because that would’nt be good for their health now would it. I’ll miss you lots Ms.Sittig so you better miss me.
This year was great. This class was very, very fun. We read some very good stories and novels. The projects were challenging, but they will help me in the end. Thank you very much.
Ms. Sittig has done so much for us this year. We should all take a moment to appreciate what she has done for us. My skills in reading and writing have soared through the clouds. Thanks Ms. Sittig!
Ms. Sittig has been probably the most caring and kind teacher I have ever had for language arts, and I couldnt of asked for any better!
Ms. Sittig is great with assignments and projects, and always makes everything fun. I dont have any reccomendations, because everything she does is pretty much perfect.

I just want to say that this was an amazing year in Ms. Sittig’s ELA class. We had so much fun and did so many things that were awesome.
I have been having so much fun helping Ms. Sittig with Poetry Slam. We will have an amazing night and so many acts.
All of the projects and assignments were challenging but fun and if you go into this class having trouble you will leave the class tutoring children.
Thank you so much Ms. Sittig. I will come to visit you so much, even after I leave the school!!!
The year of 2011-2012 my reading and writing skills have improved greatly from last year and learned a bunch more. I think that this year was great.
I think our teachers should make us read better books. Like not old books, but new books.
Also some of the textbooks we do not even use, so it is a waste of money.
It was agood class i have no comments about it.
This year I enjoyed the many activities we did in class. I appreciated how Ms. Sittig trusted us to work independently in groups and get work done. The hands on projects were the best though. We were allowed to create things ourselves that applied to lessons. It was easy to learn in Ms. Sittig’s class because she created a pleasurable learning enviroment.
I had a great learning experience and had lot of fun in Mrs.Sittig’s class.We did plays and read interesting books.I did not like how difficult a few of the projects were though.Overall I had a amazing year!
The year is coming to a close and it was one of my best years because we had much more freedom in middle school, the teachers are great (especially Ms. Sittig), and Edline was a huge help in keeping track of our grades. Those were some of the positives, but here are some of the negetives; our teachers are much more strict and they make sure you do all of the work mthey give you. So you have got to be on top of things. Now for my appreciations. I am appreciated by all of my teachers and my family to help me get through the year with A’s and B’s. (Right now i have straight A’s!) Thanks so much!
I liked all the events that occured even concerts. The water fountains should be cleaner and gum should be removed from the tables but over all it was a great school year.
I enjoyed this school year alot. It was a great school year and it was a lot of fun. I think that I enjoyed this class alot and I learned a lot too. I enjoyed all of the fun that I had this year.
the school year has been really good so far. the teachers are nice and do really cool projects. also the teachers get involved with the things when were learning.
I had a great time in Ms. Sittig’s language arts class this year! I learned many different things about reading, writing, and grammar. Many activates we did were fun and very educational for us. Even though there were lots of projects, we did not have that much homework. Also reading in our reading groups was very fun. I’ll miss this class next year very much.
I was very pleased with Ms.Sittig’s class this year this year. I enjoyed the many oppurtunities to extend our curriculum such as the “Do The Right Thing” challenge, and the “Poetry Slam” etc. I would like to suggest more projects as a group i found myself alone with many projects and I always like a little more help.
The school year was great! I enjoyed all the hands-on activities and projects we did. Things I really liked to do most of all were the skits and group work we did. If I had the chance to retake this class in 7th grade, I would. Out of all the classes I’ve had during the year this one would be second best (next to Mr. Lafortune) thanks to all the laughs we’ve shared during the year.
I’ve really appreciated the time Ms. Sittig’s given us to turn in our late work. I mean if she hadden’t given us those chances I’d have a horrible grade in class.

this year was a great year i had so much fun i wich my favroite teacher ms.sittig she really inspired me with my creativity its the only class that you get to learn and have so much fun at the same time.
I loved all the events that occured throughout the year in this class,such as the madlibs,group projects,reading groups,the game board project, and the warm ups. This class was awesome! I loved how nice this class was and how fun it was, I made alot of friends. This class was a great experience for me, I hope I have another spectacular year and class such as Mrs. Sittig’s.

After all this time the year is finally coming to an end with no more projects from Ms. Sittig and no more game shows from Mr. Stabler. we have learned everything from were to put a comma to whats 5+5. But I think every six graded can agree that it has been the best middle school expierence so far.

Sixth grade was a big journey that I will never forget. In my journey I made many new friends and teachers. My favorite person in my language arts class was Ms Sittig. Your not only my favorite lanuage arts teacher. Your my favorite teacher. Without your help and support my grade wouldn’t be as good as it is. I hope you will be my new teacher for 7th grade. Which unforunatly I dont think that will happen. I hope even more that I will have a language arts teacher as good as you. Kind, encouraging, cool, and the best teacher ever.
I like your class every much. you teach everything i needed to know about reading in 6th grade. All i have to say, is keep on doing what you are doing and i will bet you that everyone will like your teaching. I like all my classes everymuch and all my teachers are every much, i like how the teachers treat you nice to kids who treats them nice back…..
It has been a great year. There have been many opportunities for us to improve in are classes. My teachers were excellent to me and i enjoyed them very much. They have always been there for us if we were falling back

Sixth grade was lots of fun it was a great journey. I loved my teachers they have been so supportive with all the extra help. It has been a great year.
More literature circles please
I think I did good this year in language arts. I think I am now ready for 7th grade. I think this year was a little hard but I think it was worth it.
This year was great! I wouldnt change anything except to encourage more box tops becuase I have some freinds that don’t even know we take box tops.
WOW!!! it feels like just yesterday we were all walking through Mrs. Sittig’s door for the first time. Now we are saying have a great summer. This has been an AMAZING year! What made it even better was that I had an AMAZING teacher, and amazing friends (Sara C. and Rachel F. ). See you all next year!!!

thank you for everything i think with you i think i have realy advanced alot i have learned a lot more words and more stuff. you have worked with me alot so thank you so much.
one thing you should do is the board game with the 6th graders they will realy like it.
First let me say thank you Ms. sittig for being a great teacher!!! I wish i could have you again next year. I have learned a lot since the beginning of this year. For example you have helped me advance in grammar. For next year you should keep all the projects that you did. Those research projects help me learn about a lot of things such as knights.
I appreciated the amount of time reading. We spent lots of time reading and it greatly improved my SRI score. The only suggestion I have are the amount of projects. Less would be good. All-in-all it was a great year.
My thoughts about this school year was that it was long, crazy, funny, and random. It was filled with laughter, mischief, and love.
I thought that class was fun but I wish that some of the projects were shorter and less hard. Other than the projects bthe class was great and we had a realy good teacher.
Ms. Sittig was a great teacher, and I am every greatful to have her. She helped me learn a lot. She was very nice, and helplful. I wish I could have her next year.
I think this was a great year!!!!! Ms. Sittigs’s class was my favorite class but we needed more interesting subjects to write and talk about. I hope the incoming 6th graders have fun in this creative class.
I really do not know which event we did this year was best… But I did enjoy most of the projects. A project that was exciting that we did was when we got our literature groups and we had to do a body bio on the main character of our literature circle book. This was exciting and I think that the advanced students would enjoy doing this next year 2012-2013.

I had a blast here in Polo Park with all of my friends and teachers, even though I always worried if I was going to get late to class, I think maybe the school could give us a little more time to get to class maybe even another minute (5-6 mins). I don’t know what else to say everything was great. I would like to appreciate all of my teachers that supported me throughout the year, I give thanks to Mrs. Prince, Mrs. Sittig, Mr. Lafortune, Mr. Stabler, Mrs. Bubbelo and last but not least Mr. Besman, I just wanted to say that I had fun and I was glad to be there and your ( Mrs. Sittig) student. Now I would like to tell what I enjoyed in each class, 1pd) I enjoyed learning volley ball, 2pd) the mad libs that we did and much more, 3pd) I enjoyed wach g videos of different civilizations and the debate 4pd) I enjoyedall of the games shows 5pd) I enjoyed making 3D shapes and I liked the idea of the flip books , 6pd) I enjoyed when you threw candy out, and waching the movies you showed us to learn action

MS. SITTIG! I could not thank you enough for helping me through this year and teaching me all you did. I have learned to be a better reader and writter and have learned so much! Everyday I come to school happy because I get to come to your class and learn new things everyday. You have taught me all I know about language arts. Comming into 6th grade was a blur, I didnt know about verbs, adverbs, interjections, conjunctions or anything, and now I know everything about them. You are like the best teacher ever! You know how to teach but still have fun so its not boring. You have all these creative idea’s and projects that are not only fun to do, but very educational. I am very glad and thankful that I was in your class this year, because I bet that none of the other teacher’s would have taught me as much as you did. You make school worth coming too! Were all gonna miss you so much!!!

I loved your class and thought it was a great time to be here. We had so much fun doing partner projects, and mad libs, and I would like to thank Ms.Sittig for a great year.
There was many great events that occured in this year. One of my favorites was the ice cream party.
The ice cream party was a party for those that read 3 or more Sunshine State books. Since I read more I was invited. It was fun because the ice cream was fantastic. The rich, creamy flavor was a flavor bomb blowing up. Everyone who was invied got three items. A book called ” Lost in the River of Grass”, one ice cream square, and the option of unlimited toppings. The toppings complemented the ice cream like hamburger with cheese. The book was complimentary. The toppings were an endless array. Fudge, to sprinkless, to chocolate items. It was very fun. You ate awsome ice cream and talk amongst your friends. But at the end of the party something spectacular happend. I got a candy basket full of candy because I read the most Sunshine State Books. I thought of this is how they treat people for reading people should read every second.
Another event I liked was the Bill of Rights Brain Bowl. It was a competition in Mr.Lafortune’s class. You had to research certain materials for the competition. Then you would have to face classmates to see who who wins. It was fun battling it out. Trying to score and feeling the rush of excitement when you win. If this is how teachers teach learning wouldn’t be so bad. It’s a fun way to learn.
So those are some of my thoughts for the ending year.
good comments – one good thing i liked about this class was you did not give us lots of tests.
immprovments – i think that we should do more group projects beacause they were fun to do it with your friends.
I disliked all the palmbeach writes we did this year. But I liked the box project that we did.
This was a great year. We got to meet new people. it was a big step for me because I went from having three teachers and now I have six. I like middle school alot more because we have mor freedom. We don’t have are teachers walking us from class to class and to and from lunch. This was a great year I had a lot of fun.

I really thought 6th grade was the best school year ever! You meet new friends,and sometimes bestfriends! suggestion: I honestly think, next year we should wear whatever we want.
6th grade was amazing! Im going to miss all of my teachers. My teachers were the best (Mrs.Sittig,Mr.Lafortune,Mrs.Prince,Mrs.Wortzel,Mr.Rochon, and Mrs.Gullbrand!)
Thank you teachers for making us learn more things in life, so that way we can have a bright future. School is not the best, but its helpful! I appretiate all of my terachers! Some of my teachers can be stricked, but being a stricked teacher pushes the kids to be better at school. I’m going to miss my teachers!
Honestly, I think that this year was a good year. Their are some people out there who are not worth talking to, but then again, some who are. I think, that out of my 6 clasess, that their are some teachers that i dislike. I like all of my teachers, but their is just one that I disliked. I disliked her because she did not teach well and all she did was give us our worksheets or whatever we had to do in class, and then she would just go off into her little world, on her computer. Even if people were eatiing or chewing gum in her class, she would never notice. Even when some people eat in class, and they open their bag of chips, you obviously know that it makes a noise, but all she would do, is stare off into her own computer. But otherwise, all of my teachers were fair, and they were neat and organized. I also think that next year they should let us wear whatever want. I understand that they did have no uniform before and that they took that privlliage away for a reason, but they should give us another shot. I also would like to thank all of my teachers ( Mrs.Bubello, Ms.Sittig, Mrs.Prince, Mrs. Gullbrand, Ms. DeMatteo, and Mr. Besman. Oh and Mr. Besman, i will miss you fro being in T.V productions next year!) for teaching me om my level and for telling me what i am doing wrong and what i am doing right. I will be sure to visit all of my teachers.[:
This was truly an awesome year. Not to sound cheesy or anything, though. I do sincerely believe that the plethora of projects this year was a little overwhelming. The most irritating thing though were the selection of literature circle books. When you read the summary and you are all psyched for the book and revved up, but when you start reading, the novel falls into a spinning vortex of boring literature. So my suggestion, please change the literature book selection and spare the next generation of sixth graders the pain of horrid literary works.
I love every thing you did this year I recommend you do the bully part that you did because it brought out all the inner emotions in everybody. Good job Ms. Sittig keep up the good work your the funnest teacher I ever had ( And yes, i know that funnest is not a word)!!!
Ms.Sittig….. I personaly enjoyed all of the things you’ve taught, you have pointed out alot of great points this year. One of my favorite subjects was poetry…… I will miss you alot, Cause you were honestly One of my favorite teachers.
