Time to Get Out and Explore!

With the change in the weather, it is time to get out and explore your world! If you have Ms. Redding, you may recall the lab we conducted around the school looking for signs of weathering. You kept a log of the examples you found.

Another great activity is “Geocaching“. Geocaching is an activity in which you are given global coordinates for hidden “treasure” and you then you try to find it. A friend and I did it a few weeks ago (during Winter Break) and had a great time. All you need is a GPS or iPhone 3GS.

Whatever you do, EXPLORE YOUR WORLD! Do you have fun things you do outside? Share them with us!
