Introduction: When we first started our project we didn’t know what to invent at first. But then this girl named Celia A. came up with the idea of H2Remember Or H2R For Short. Then we came up with sketches of how the product would look. It would be a water bottle with the name H2R on it. Then we got started on the poster. We would have the water bottle (Huge Size) in the middle. Then we would have a description describing it. We also added a review from Obama (Fake) Saying the product was amazing. Then when we got started on making the video, there were some difficulties we had on the way. Like the camera didn’t have enough space. And some of the actors messed up a bit. But we finally got the video done and we started to edit it. (Which we are currently on right now.)
The Invention: Our invention was called H2Remember or H2R for short. It was a product that helped you remember important stuff that your forgot about. The product would be a water bottle with the label H2R.
How we came up with the idea: Well, at first we didn’t know what to come up with until a girl named Celia (In our group.) Came up with the name H2Remember or H2R for short. She came up with it by using what water was called for short. H2O.
Steps In Creating Our Project:
Brainstorming: We didn’t know anything until a girl named Celia came up with the idea of H2Remember or H2R for short. It was related to what water was called for short, H2O.
Creating A Thumbnail Sketch: When we started creating the idea about what the product would look like, A guy named Jack came up with the idea of it just being a water bottle. Then we got our pencils and started sketching. Celia came up with the best sketch of course cause she loved art.
Designing the poster: Then we got into designing. Celia, since she was the best at art. Did some of the poster and we colored it. With the description, we said the product was a thing that helped you remember stuff instantly. Why should someone buy it because it would help them remember important stuff they forgot. Like a friend’s birthday party or a phone number their friend gave them. Then Jack came up with the idea of it costing $79.99 Plus Tax. We All Laughed.
Script: Celia Went On Her Computer and we all gave ideas about who would say what and what the plot would be. After we gave the ideas and she typed it all we posted it on to the blog.
Storyboards: The sketches we came up with for the storyboards we were doing far away shots. Not really close up shots until after the video we did a Obama recommendation
Shooting The Video: We did encounter some problems along the way like one of our actors forgot there lines. When we did the Obama recommendation, one of the people knocked over the trash can. But we finally got the video done and we started editing it.
Conclusion: I’ve learned that being the camera man and the editor of our group is awesome to be. I also learned that my group is really funny.

H2Remember Invention Script:

CELIA: “Hey Jackson, I can’t remember when my friend’s birthday is. She said it’s coming soon, but I just can’t remember what exact date it is this month!”
JACKSON: “Well, I really don’t know.”
CELIA: “I wish there was something that could help me remember, so I can show up to her birthday party on the right date.”
JACKSON: “You know, I can’t even remember what class is next for me. It’s the first week of school anyway. That would be really cool if there was something to help us remember. Like a drink or something.”
Random guy from the future appears…
JACKSON: “WOW!!! A man from the future!”
CELIA: “Why would he be here?”
Jack’s announcing…
JACK: “Are you someone who doesn’t remember anything? Well here’s something new for you! It’s called H2R. It’s a high-tech substance that makes you remember everything that you’ve forgotten! (Kids say really?!) That’s right! Remember everything! People are going crazy for this thing! “

Invention Project Quiz Essay

Our invention is Insta Beauty. This is for people who are self conscious and don’t think that there hot like other people are. It is a brush that you put on yourself and it makes you beautiful. WOW! Isn’t that amazing? I think it is. We came up with this invention when we saw students in the class room saying how beautiful other people are. So, we came up with Insta Beauty and this can make them just as beautiful as any everyone else is. The person who thought of the idea was Alexa B. But the whole brains behind this that actually made this invention come to life is me, Ryan B. I thought maybe an Insta Beauty pen, no there are those already, but no one has ever made a makeup brush that changes your whole entire world.

We created a poster to advertise the amazing invention and many people think that it is astonishing! It had a lot of colors and the amount and it is an amazing price of 199.99! That’s worth it to make you self beautiful. We also included a description of the invention and it is very convincing and will make you want to buy Insta Beauty. We also have a picture of a little girl on the front of it and Insta Beauty is making her beautiful. We used Taylor B sketch of the poster and she did a great job. So look at our poster and be amazed. Thanks Taylor.

Then we had to create a story board and script for our video. Samantha H is the brains behind the script and she came up with most of the script but we all contributed. These are the people’s parts and names in the video. Kaili M- ugly and pretty girl, Ryan B. ugly and pretty guy, Taylor B- Kaili’s friend, Sam H- Professional softball player. But before we shot the video we created a story board. Me, Ryan Bradley, created this and I showed were people would be at each time. People say I did a great job.

Then we created a video to put on to the blog and to advertise even more on our invention. Sam H was the one who wrote the script (but we all came up with ideas and contributed) and she made a fantastic video I can say. I was the example to show that Insta Beauty works on men too, and I can say it really does. I look amazing! Kalli looked really ugly then she put on the magic sparkles and wala!! She is beautiful! Alexa was the mirror and she did a great job of telling off Kaili. Even a professional softball player uses Insta Beauty in our video. This is all in our video that you can see on our blog in 2 days. We did not have any problems because we work hard just like our project. We are not currently done with but it will be updated soon! So wait and be astonished.

We also made a paint that showed our project poster but in paint. We made a brush and this showed our product. We did this as a group and Ryan and Sam are the brains behind this and Kaili, Alexa and Taylor made it come alive. Soon look at our blog for our amazing paint.

Then we made a flash to show a description, and to show our invention in action. We showed an ugly person becoming beautiful with Insta Beauty. Wow will everyone be convinced. So let’s wrap this whole thing up.

Our invention is Insta Beauty and it makes someone who is ugly beautiful, we made a poster, paint, flash, script, story board, and video. They are all truly amazing. So look on our blog soon for all of these amazing things. We have learned that when you work together as a group, better things happen and more things get done faster.

It contains two simple things, a brush, and a container of magic beauty sparkles. The multi-colored sparkles transform your whole entire face into something absolutely breath taking! The brush is made of 100 % natural secret ingredients used here at our Insta-Beauty headquarters. The sparkles have technology in them that gives your face and hair a fast, and beautiful makeover. We had many different ideas when we were trying to figure out about what type of invention we should create.  We wanted to do different things it was really difficult to agree in things but we finally go it.  Are group decided to make an invention about gum that makes you flexible and hyper. We call it FLEXI-HYPE!

Are invention makes you every flexible and hyper. What it does is that when you chew it the juice goes in to your muscle and makes you flexible. So let’s say you can’t do a type of move that involves you being flexible well you just put the gum in your mouth and a few minutes later you become flexible in an instant.

we came up with this idea because we were talking about ballet and gymnastics and we were saying what if we make some so you can be flexible in dance or gym so we were thinking of a bunch of things and we came up with gum because you can just chew it when you want to be flexible and spit it out when you don’t want to be flexible.  Well to create the thumbnail we first but some people doing flexible things and writing a description about our invention it wasn’t really hard it just came to our minds. On the poster there are girls doing jumps and in big letters saying FLEXI-HYPE in tie-dye. On our poster it says it’s a one of a kind with one side you become flexible like you had no bones but the other side makes you hyper and wild that you almost never run out so next time you are at the super market buy FLEXI-HYPE.

Our script was about to kids that can’t be fixable and try but then two people come up and tell them to try FLXI-HYPE and they try it. A few minutes pass and they become very Flexible and Hyper.

Some problems that we encountered were that some people couldn’t do flexible thing but we figured it out.

We have learned to work as a team and we can get everything done if we agree in things. This project was fun and I am looking forward to more team working projects.

Working as a team took a lot of work because there were so many steps in the process. By using an honest opinion the grouping was very hard and confusing because we had a total of four people and we had to add another person to our group because he didn’t have a group so we aloud it. First there was the deciding who you want in your group and how many people are in your group. Second, there is what is your invention name is going to be and what it does to make it original. Third, there are the things you’re going to use into your invention.

   Our invention was called flex-hype gum which makes you flexible when wanted and super hyper when you’re in a downer mood. The gum is supposed to be very chewy and non-flavor loss (means doesn’t lose flavor). We made a total different flavor’s blue raspberry, green apple, strawberry, and cherry. My group came up with that idea by thinking how many people these days are very upset that they don’t make a cheer or gymnastic team and want to be flexible. The other thing is that for me I think most people should be very happy and not so down and sad so the other part of our gum is hyper or in my case cheery were when you feel upset you chew and then you’re happy and only hear the birds singing in the morning.

  The steps of our invention were the brainstorming part was we had millions of thoughts and only had to do one of them. As the thought’s got better and better we decided the flexi one. Some of our thoughts were different language gum and spray on shoes. The thumbnail sketch for our poster is people doing tricks and a picture of a pack of gum with colorful letters.

  The script for our project was like most commercials were you have that person that has a loud voice (like the football player announcers) and were describing the side-effects which were rubber bones extreme, headaches and dizziness. At the end of our script we have the people who take really fast saw what it is made out of at stuff.

  The storyboard took forever to create because we had people who didn’t want to do it but when we finished it was people doing tricks and people who can’t and then the announcer say do u want to be flexible and they give them a piece of gum and then they turn flexible. We used many shots we used close up and a regular shot with a zoom.

When we shorted our video we had many problems because we didn’t know who flexiable was and who could do what. What we did to solve them was ask who did what and ask the people do demonstrate. What we could have done different is have different people who could actually work and a smaller group.

What I learned is that working together is extremely hard and that working the stunts. And a lot on how I could working in groups together and filming something.

My  Groups invention is the Invisa-Watch. It makes you invisible for 1 hour! The possibilities of use with this invention are ENDLESS. You could easily sneak into places and find out new things too. We came up with the idea from a video game called “Team Fortress 2”. In that game, one of the classes you play, “The Spy” uses the “Invis-Watch” to cloak and sneak past enemy lines.

When we were brainstorming, a lot of ideas were invented, but they weren’t very good  or original.  When my idea came up, it really was a variation called an “Invisa-Suit” Which was a

Variation of the invisa-watch and had relatively the same effect.

Creating a thumbnail sketch was easy and fun. We basically did the watch drawing with big letters and words and boxes explaining the effects of it. For the poster we did the same thing, only added a few stuff and made it more colorful and made it more refined. We wrote the same reasons to buy and how much It costs. For not being seen!

Our script was about 2 bullies chasing a penguin and the penguin finds the invisa-watch. The bullies cannot find him and the penguin escapes. It is used as a perfect demonstration of the invisa-watch!

We mostly did pans and mediums shots.

The biggest problem we had was too much people messing around, and being annoying. Another HUGE problem was many people trying to take control of the whole thing and trying to make It go THEIR WAY. Next time I would get more cooperative and “Smart” people with less problems to start and less messing around. I learned a little more about teamwork and filmmaking and working with other people. It was a fun experience.
