This quarter we have explored how technology is created through the design process. The design process is a process that uses problem solving to arrive at the best solution. When you use the design process to solve problems, you identify or select the need, desire or problem, you gather information that will help, you develop possible solutions, you select what you think is the best solution, you try it out and evaluate the solution, make adjustments as needed, and finally you communicate the solution.
In an essay of at least three pages, tell how you used the design process to develop your idea for the platform design challenge project you have done in this class and brought to completion. In your essay, tell how each of the steps in the design process played a role in successfully completing your project. Be specific.
You are telling the story of your experience imagining, creating and sharing.
You may include sketches along with your writing to illustrate certain points you make.
Type your essay in Microsoft Word (size 12 font, minimum one page, single spaced, double-spaced between paragraphs). Then post your essay to the comments section of this blog post.
