This is my story and I am sticking to it!

I was born and raised in Passaic, New Jersey where I lived until I was 12. Our family then moved to South Jersey where I continued to live until moving to Florida in 1983.

I started teaching fourth grade and after 10 years needed a change. I moved into the Middle School where I began teaching my favorite subject Math. I have been teaching over 30 years and still enjoy it.

For fun, I roller blade, read, and travel during my summers off. My dream trip would be to Sicily and then tour the Amalfi Coast.

My passion these days is using technology in the classroom as well as in my personal life. Currently, my classroom is the Duncan’s “Classroom of the Future” model. My classroom includes a ceiling mounted LCD projector, audio sound system, Inter-write Smart Pad with student “clickers”, digital camera and camcorder and an Apple Mac-Book.

Most of this equipment was provided by Project SMaRT, which I have participated in for the past 6 years.
