I think that for the second quater we should read the hunger games book. Because i have heard that the book is really interesting and different from others. Even from other people too, they said that the book was amazing. So i think we should read the hunger games for the second quater.

As you said in class, i think we should read looking for alaska. It sounds like a very inspiring novel and would be a great book. I hear it has many good reviews, that recomends it to our age group.

My favorite kind of genre is romantic fantasy. The kinds of books these days have alot of romance that appeals to many girls. The author uses inner sources to write the characters feelings and personality. One of my favorite series in thw Twilight Saga because it shows how Bella and Edward struggle to be together, they encounter many problems on the way.

I find this article fasinating because it talks about how everyone would want that special person and people are nervous and scared to go out in public and try to.

My prospective Genre would be fantasy becuase I enjoy reading about diffrent kinds of mytholigical events and creatures. The writting in the books they have out these days bring out the inner style of fiction and gets people’s attention very quickly. Harry Potter is an example becuase it shows the life of a young boy who finds out he’s a wizard and struggles to find his life at Hogwarts. This books any many others influence me to read more about other kinds of books.

The novel I think we should read in class is The Grapes of Wrath. I think we should read this because it is a classic that has a high lexile that is perfect for an 8th grader. It is also a book on the top 100 novels list and the feedback on it is good. This book would be perfect and i hope we read this because i think the class and I would like it.

When it comes down to things like this topic. It reakky doesnt make much such, how can we be ranked one of the lowest in states but one of the highest in in the school district in the state. Our lifestyle we don’t really know any better. Let’s suppose we were ranked the lowest in our school district, do you think it would be the same? I dont think so.

A novel I have read and would recommend for our class reading is called Thirteen Reasons Why. I thought this to be a very good book that teenagers can relate to. There are excellent characters with a combined theme of love and mystery for both boys and girls interest.

A book that I might be good for our class is City of Bones, because it has almost everything. It has a lot of things that both guys and girls will love. It has a bit of action and adventure for the guys and a bit of romance and drama for the girls. Another thing is that it’s part of a trilogy. It has two more books that I’m reading. They’re called City of Ashes and City of Glass. I think that these books will be great for our class because it takes us on an epic adventure. Each book make us travel in a world of fiction with different character, places incidents of the author’s imagination.
